We have total confidence in our skills and experience to complete the hydroseeding process in accordance with the highest level of industry standards.

Hydroseeding is a LIVE PRODUCT. While we cannot guarantee specific measurements of grass growth, RapidGrass does guarantee your satisfaction with our service.

Our satisfaction guarantee is straightforward:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with our service, tell us within 7 days of the application so we can correct the problem and improve the situation.

If the issue is a poor or incorrect application, we will fix the problem at no charge to you.

To ensure this guarantee will apply to your application:

  • Follow the New Lawn Care Watering Instructions. Customers must be able to demonstrate they have followed these care instructions. If you are unable or unwilling for whatever reason to properly water all seeded areas evenly and adequately, we cannot deliver on our satisfaction guarantee.
  • We are unable to accept responsibility for Acts of God or other things beyond our control such as torrential rains, third party damage, vandalism or excessive weed germination and growth.
